SHIPPING & RETURNS

Our standard delivery service is by registered courier.

The Company will only accept returns on production of proof of purchase which shall normally mean the original invoice which was supplied with the goods, unless otherwise specifically agreed. Returns accepted by the Company without proof of purchase, will only be accepted by agreement of a specified price quoted by the Company.

Returns will only normally be accepted in good and undamaged condition unless otherwise specifically agreed.

Goods supplied correctly as ordered may be returned and dealt with. The Buyer will be responsible for all carriage charges including third party collection.

Returns will not normally be unreasonably accepted and subject to agreement with the Buyer, may take the form of exchange, credit note or refund.
